Hi, I’m Heather. Your Holistic Lifestyle Manager.

In 2015, I began my career as a Men’s Empowerment Coach and Public Speaker.

Over the last decade, I’ve learned that true transformation isn’t just a mental shift—it’s an operational one. When my clients were healing internally but returning to a home or schedule in chaos, I saw a gap that needed to be bridged. That is when I integrated high-level organization and personal assistance into my coaching practice. It has been nothing short of game changing!

The Art of Restoration
Outside of my professional practice, I’m a bit of a nerd for research, road trips are my soul food, my friends are like family & my grown son is my absolute favorite person. I’m also a classic car enthusiast. I spend my "hobby" time doing paint restoration on vintage automobiles—bringing pieces of art back to life through precision and patience. I bring that same restorative eye to your life: I look past the messiness to see the original masterpiece underneath, whether that’s your home, your schedule, or your mindset.

Why I Do This: The Wisdom of the System

Last year, despite having a lifetime of health and a toolkit full of mental and spiritual practices, my body began to shut down in ways I could not understand. Over a period of 6 months, a system I had always trusted became a stranger to me—I could barely climb a flight of stairs or raise a garage door to reach those beloved classics. It was a radical wake-up call that forced me to stop overriding my physical signals and start listening to what my complete system was telling me it needed.

For years, I had believed that if I mastered myself mentally, emotionally and spiritually, my body would simply follow suit. But life handed me a profound lesson: our bodies are not just vehicles for our hearts and minds; they are intelligent systems that hold their own knowing. I do this work because I know that balance, authenticity, and optimal well-being are impossible if we are disconnected from our whole self. I am here to help you bridge that gap— to ensure that all your systems are in alignment so you don't just manage your life, but truly thrive in it.
